I first saw this chopped and dropped van back in 1999. It was parked out the back of Burnham Autos workshop near the M25 in London where I was having work done on my Traveller. I never did find out who owned it.
Until I got an email from the owner that is. A surprised Simon ??? contacted me after seeing his van's feature page here on Minor Mania - he never realised that his van has been featured in the Radical Gallery for the last 5 years!
When the van finally went home with Simon the chop & drop job had been completed and it had a Rover 3500 V8 under the bonnet. Now, several years later the rest of the van has started to rust away and it's now undergoing some much needed rust repairs. Oh and the old Rover unit is being biffed in favour of a 350 Chev V8
